Kathy speaks out of her own life experiences of learning to embrace the woman in the mirror.
Living in south-central Los Angeles, CA, Kathy grew up dealing with her own self-esteem issues and people's expectations. She met her husband, Michael, at Goshen College, in Goshen, IN. In 1980 they founded Charis Ministries, a ministry reaching at-risk teens and young adults. It was working with these young women, that she realized that the way women view themselves directly affects every area of their lives.
A Woman in the Mirror is the result of Kathy's passion to find ways of empowering women to understand their unique design and fulfill their purpose and destiny.
Kathy and her husband reside in Indiana and have traveled extensively, including several trips to Russia. They have a son, Josh, and daughter-in-law, Jess.
